Customer data

As between you and Arvata, you retain all rights to the data you provide or connect ("Customer Data"). You grant Arvata a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Arvata or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our marks or branding.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Reporting, forecasts, unit economics, and tax-credit estimates are provided for informational purposes, may rely on assumptions, and should not be relied upon as financial, accounting, or tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvata will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
